On another night, the youth at the church gave their testimonies from Missions Arlington. They did an awesome job and it looke dlike they ahd a great time~too!

I can't say that about last night. But today I can say I have not had 1 little nibble of anything not on plan. I think that is the first time all summer. Feels good!!!! We can do this girls!
